In-line with the progression towards lighter paper weights and increasing requirements for multiple flute varities along with faster production speeds, Rigid operates two 2.5 metre BHS Corrugators which between them produce the highest quality B, C, E and doublewall BC and BE flutes. With the addition of some very special corrugating rolls, we are now also able to produce our brand new grade of corrugated board, 'Rigid Performance Grade'. These BHS Corrugators are renowned for producing consistent board quality and are engineered to function with minimal downtime associated with changeovers.

Ongoing investment in the most advanced corrugating and converting machinery provides excellent quality cases made from the highest quality corrugated board at high speeds. In addition, our manufacturing facilities are controlled and operated in a completely computerised planning environment allowing us to work at maximum efficiency meeting the rigorous demands of a modern supply chain.
